Santo Domingo The Crown Jewel Of Latin America The Santo Domingo Open - the biggest ATP Challenger Tour event in Latin America - is one big party at Club La Bocha. In 2018, the Dominican faithful waited out rain delays until well past 3am, and in 2019 they packed the club to support Victor Estrella Burgos in the final act of his career. The Dominican culture is vibrant and the energy from the crowd reflects that, providing a palpable, rhythmic atmosphere. The movements of the locals echo the traditional merengue dance that is a source of pride.
